Special services within the Division of Urology include a male sexual health program for the evaluation of erectile dysfunction; a urinary tract stone management program using shock wave lithotripsy, laser stone fragmentation, percutaneous ultrasonic stone fragmentation, and metabolic evaluation to reduce stone recurrence; a reconstructive urology program to restore functional integrity of the urinary tract; a program for restoration of urinary control particularly directed to females with incontinence; a pediatric urology program to manage congenital anomalies and genitourinary tract disorders in children, and a urologic oncology program that focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of prostate and bladder cancer with preservation of normal function.
