The DUHS SRNA program is intended to provide RN's the opportunity to attend (or are already attending) an accredited school of nurseanesthesia. The recipient stipent is amount of $1,000 for every full month of Service Committment as a CRNA after graduation (upto 36 months).

RN's must apply and be accepted into this program.

 

Minimum Qualifications

 

Education

 

BSN is required. Must be currently enrolled in a Master's degree program from a school of nurse anesthesia approved by the State Accrediting Agency and the Council on Accreditation of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA).

Experience

 

At least 2 years of critical care experience to be accepted into the program.

Degrees, Licensures, Certifications

 

Must have current RN licensure.
